Dr. Rachel White is a Board Certified Chiropractic Physician and a graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic, where she earned her Doctorate of Chiropractic degree. From a young age Dr. White had a passion for ballet and dancing. When she was eleven she sustained a shoulder injury and was treated by a chiropractor who not only treated the injury but discovered that she had scoliosis. She wondered if she would be able to dance anymore. Her chiropractor worked with her, tailoring a comprehensive treatment plan, including bracing, exercises, posture, and adjustments. Her breathing and heart function improved and her curvature was stabilized. This experience has shaped her passion to help others find hope and relief.
"I have a passion to come alongside my patients and help them achieve their optimal health: physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Whatever your stage of life or your health, I will walk with you and tailor a personalized care plan. I will help you discover and attain your health goals, whether that is being able to play more with your kids, recover from an injury, or understand and treat the underlying cause of a medical condition. We will work together to help your body heal and function the way God made it."
Dr. White specializes in Torque Release, a gentle technique that releases tension on the tissue surrounding the spinal cord and nerves. By releasing this tension, interference is removed and then the potential increases for the body to heal.
Dr. White enjoys hiking with her husband, David, and playing with their dog, Hope. She also enjoys going on mission trips, reading, playing guitar, and yes, she still dances.
